The Order of the Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both men and women may belong. Worldwide, there are over 500,000 members. Masons and the women in their family are eligible to join as are women who were members of the International Order of the Rainbow of Girls or in Job’s Daughters International. Open to all boys and young men aged 12 to 21. No relationship to a Mason is required to join. DeMolay is the premier youth leadership organization, dedicated to making young men better people and leaders. DeMolay strives to not only create the extraordinary leader, but a leader of character. It is a youth-led, adult-advised organization in which young men learn to plan, organize, and facilitate their own programs. Members take part in a wide-range of activities, from athletic competitions, to public speaking tournaments, to community service events. Order of the Rainbow for GirlsOrder of the Rainbow for Girls

Open to all girls and young women aged 12 to 21. No relationship to a Mason is required to join. The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls strives to give girls the tools, training, and encouragement to let their individual spirits shine bright. It is a youth-led, adult-advised organization where responsible, older girls can interact and mentor younger girls through family involvement. From volunteering to working to improve their public speaking to mastering the lessons of Rainbow, members tackle lots of challenging hurdles but ultimately walk away with a sense of pride and accomplishment. Rainbow girls have included Supreme Court justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Senator Olympia Snowe, actress Marilyn Monroe, and astronaut Dorothy Metcalf-Lindenburger. Village Lodge's building is host to Willoughby Chapter #231 of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio. Royal Arch is a continuation of Masonry that many Masons pursue. It provides more opportunities for fellowship and companionship with your lodge brothers and brothers form other lodges in the area.
