Fraternity From Mexico to Burton, OH

In this week’s meeting Village Lodge hosted special guest Hector Guereña, a past grand master from Mexico. As a citizen of Mexico, Br. Guereña enlisted in the US military and served honorably in Korea, where earned the Bronze Star Medal. During his visit here in the US he will continue on to Washington, DC for a ceremony honoring veterans. At our meeting he spoke to Village Lodge about Masonry in Mexico, what it has in common with American Masonry and where it differs. Afterwards we had a question and answer session where the brothers of Village Lodge asked their own questions about Masonry in Mexico. It was a pleasure having Br. Guereña, and we at Village Lodge appreciate hearing what he had to share!
